For instance, patients can view statements from your facility and physician groups in one convenient location as long as both accounts can be linked with the same master account number.

 

Additionally, GetixPay can notify patients of payments due through alternative means such as text, email, or voicemail. Patients will receive phone calls and statements in the absence of making an alternative choice. Furthermore, it allows them to make self-service payments via credit card, HSA card, and electronic check. GetixPay allows you to capture payments through a self-service Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Patients are able to call a phone number and make payments on their own, reducing your need for staff assistance.  All of these IVR transactions can be viewed and managed through the GetixHealth reporting section with transactions completed through other Patient and Self-Pay Team payment channels.
